Nick DelVino, CPCU received his CPCU designation in 2017 and has been involved in the NYC chapter from the start. His insurance career began with AmWINS Group in 2014, where he has transitioned through four roles into his current position of Vice President. His is a Casualty broker specializing in Construction, Products and Real Estate.

Natanella Har-Sinay, Esq., CPCU is AVP, M&A Operations Manager at Ethos Specialty. After working as an attorney for several years, she began her insurance career as a Senior Consultant at Coulter & Associates, and subsequently worked at ISO/Verisk Analytics as a Senior State Relations Analyst and at Argo Group as the Product Development Manager. She earned her CPCU in 2016 and became involved in the NYC chapter, taking on the roles of Events Chair, Treasurer, Director, and now Co-President. Natanella earned her BA at Hofstra University and her JD at Brooklyn Law School.

Gina Ciorciari, CPCU, AU, AIS, AINS, ASLI has been a CPCU designee since 2012. Gina is currently a sales operations analyst for Aon, focused on client contract compliance, data and analytics, and local marketing initiatives, as well as a licensed NYS P&C Broker. Prior to this, she worked for various underwriting operations groups within AIG. She is a Dynamic Leadership, Level 5 of Toastmasters and past president of the Aon NY Chapter. In 2009, she earned her BBA in I/O Psychology from CUNY Baruch, and in 2021, earned her MS in Enterprise Risk Management from St. John's University.

He has created policy forms and rates for casualty, auto, property, professional liability and workers compensation, amongst others. Many of these forms and rates are still widely used today.
